The Process

Five Stages, One Line of Responsibility

From the moment you sign the contract to the day the system goes live, every stage is managed by our team — no third parties, no gaps in accountability.

STAGE 01 / DESIGN LED display engineering design and structure drawings WK 1 – 2
STAGE 01

Engineering Design & Structure Drawings

We start with the venue. Our engineers survey the site, understand structural constraints, sightlines, and viewing distances, then produce the full engineering drawing set before anything is manufactured.

  • Site survey: structure, rigging points, power access
  • Display layout: screen size, pitch, aspect ratio
  • Structural drawings: cabinet, frame, mounting system
  • Electrical schematic: power distribution and signal chain
You receive a fully-approvable engineering package before manufacturing begins — so there are no surprises on site.
STAGE 02 / MANUFACTURE LED display cabinet manufacturing and aging test WK 2 – 6
STAGE 02

Manufacturing & Factory Testing

Production runs in our own factory, under our own QC. Every module passes through the five test gates before it is allowed into a shipping crate.

  • Incoming inspection: LEDs, ICs, PCBs, power supplies
  • 72-hour aging test: every module at full brightness
  • GOB encapsulation: sealed and inspected individually
  • Full-screen calibration: color, brightness, uniformity
You receive a factory test report with each shipment — every screen shipped is a screen that has already been proven to work.
STAGE 03 / LOGISTICS Global LED display logistics and shipping coordination WK 6 – 9
STAGE 03

Global Logistics & Customs Clearance

We handle the shipment from our factory to your site — sea freight, air freight, or express. Customs paperwork, HS codes, and import documentation are prepared in advance so nothing sits at the port.

  • Packing: shock-resistant flight cases or sea-worthy wooden crates
  • Freight: FCL / LCL / air freight, depending on project schedule
  • Documentation: HS codes, invoice, packing list, certificates
  • Tracking: real-time shipment visibility until delivery
You receive full tracking visibility from factory gate to your site — no chasing, no uncertainty.
STAGE 04 / INSTALL On-site LED display installation and rigging WK 9 – 11
STAGE 04

On-Site Installation & Rigging

Our engineers travel to your venue and manage installation directly — or work alongside your local rigging team, depending on the project. Either way, we own the technical outcome.

  • Rigging plan: based on the site survey and structural drawings
  • Cabinet assembly: precise alignment and frame mounting
  • Cabling: power distribution, data, and signal chain
  • Local support: we work with your team, not around them
You receive a fully installed and physically-verified system before commissioning begins.
STAGE 05 / COMMISSION LED display system commissioning and handover WK 11 – 12
STAGE 05

Commissioning, Training & Handover

The final stage is not just “switch it on.” We calibrate the full system on site, integrate with your data and control software, train your operators, and stay on call during your first live events.

  • System calibration: brightness, color, uniformity, sync
  • Software integration: timing, replay, and content systems
  • Operator training: on-site handover with documentation
  • Event support: on-call during the first match-days
You receive a running system, a trained team, and a direct line back to us for the lifetime of the project.
Ten to twelve weeks from signature to kickoff. Timeline varies by screen size, site complexity, and shipping destination — but the sequence never changes, and the responsibility never leaves our team.

Logistics & Compliance

From Our Factory to Your Venue

A stadium display project does not end at the factory gate. Below is how we handle packing, freight, customs, certifications, and on-site delivery — so you receive a project, not a shipment.

01 / FREIGHT

Freight & Packing

Cabinet modules are packed in shock-resistant flight cases or sea-worthy wooden crates, depending on route and mode. Freight is arranged end-to-end — FCL, LCL, or air.

  • Sea: FCL / LCL for large screens, best cost per m³
  • Air: when the project schedule is tight
  • Packing: foam-lined crates or rental-grade flight cases
  • Insurance: optional all-risk cargo coverage
02 / CUSTOMS

Customs & Duties

We prepare the full export documentation set in advance — HS codes, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin — so clearance is predictable, not a daily phone call.

  • Export docs: invoice, packing list, HS codes
  • Certificates: CE, RoHS, origin, IP test report
  • Customs broker: we work with your broker, or help recommend one
  • Duties & taxes: client’s responsibility, per Incoterms
03 / COMPLIANCE

Certifications & Compliance

Every display system ships with the certifications and reports required for installation in most markets. Specific regional requirements can be addressed case by case.

  • ISO 9001: manufacturing quality system
  • CE / RoHS: EU electrical and material compliance
  • IP test report: waterproof rating verification
  • FCC: available for North America on request
04 / ON-SITE

On-Site Support & Handover

Depending on project size, our engineers travel to the venue for installation supervision and commissioning — or support your local rigging team remotely with clear procedures.

  • Supervision: on-site engineer for commissioning
  • Remote support: video-guided rigging if on-site is not needed
  • Local team integration: we work with your rigging crew, not around them
  • First-event backup: on-call during initial match-days
We don’t disappear after the container leaves the factory. Logistics, customs, and on-site handover are managed by the same project team that designed your system — so the chain of responsibility stays intact from start to finish.
