GOB Encapsulation
Each LED module is sealed with a layer of optical glue, protecting the pixel from moisture, dust, and impact — extending module lifespan by up to 40% versus conventional SMD.
High-Brightness Outdoor
Up to 6,500 nits brightness with automatic dimming sensors — readable in direct sunlight during a day match, and dimmable at night without losing contrast.
Weatherproof Enclosure
Front and rear sealed cabinets rated IP65 (or IP66 on request) — engineered for rain, dust, UV, and long-term outdoor installation without corrosion.
Broadcast-Grade Refresh
3840Hz standard for smooth live display; up to 7680Hz on studio-grade models — eliminating flicker on TV cameras and slow-motion replays.

Before any product leaves our factory, it has already survived the conditions it will face in the field — heat, water, voltage stress, and 72 hours of continuous operation. These five test gates apply to every product family we ship.
Incoming Material Inspection
LED lamps, IC drivers, PCB boards, and power supplies are batch-tested on arrival — bin sorting, brightness consistency, and electrical parameters verified.
Module Aging Test (72h)
Every module runs continuously for 72 hours at 100% white full-brightness — screening out early-life failures before assembly.
GOB Encapsulation Check
Optical glue thickness, bubble inspection, and adhesion test on every module — ensuring the GOB layer performs as designed, not just looks it.
Cabinet Waterproof & IP Test
Random-sampled cabinets undergo IP65/IP66 spray testing — sealing, connectors, and cable glands checked under real water pressure.
Final Calibration & Factory Burn-In
Full-screen color calibration at 6500K, brightness uniformity scan, and a final 24-hour burn-in — then sealed, packaged, and shipped with a test report.
