SECTION 01

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or accepting delivery of products from GOB Sports Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all transactions between GOB Sports Solutions and the client, unless a separate written agreement has been signed by both parties.

SECTION 02

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations issued by GOB Sports Solutions are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Currency: prices are quoted in the currency specified in the quotation (typically USD or EUR).
Scope: quotations cover only the items explicitly listed. Additional items, spare parts, or on-site services are quoted separately.
Validity: quotations may be revised if raw material costs, exchange rates, or shipping costs change materially before the order is confirmed.
Exclusions: prices exclude import duties, taxes, and any local charges at the destination, unless explicitly stated.

SECTION 03

Orders & Payment

An order is considered confirmed when GOB Sports Solutions has received a signed order confirmation and the required deposit.

Deposit: a deposit (typically 30%) is required before production begins.
Balance payment: the remaining balance is due before shipment, unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Accepted methods: T/T (bank transfer) is standard. Other methods may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Late payment: overdue balances may be subject to interest and may delay shipment.

Note: we do not begin production until the deposit has cleared. Project timelines are calculated from the date the deposit is received, not from the date the order is placed.

SECTION 04

Production & Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 4 to 6 weeks for custom stadium display systems, following deposit confirmation and approval of engineering drawings.

Custom projects: lead time may extend based on size, complexity, and seasonality.
Delays: GOB Sports Solutions is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, supplier disruptions, or client-side changes after order confirmation.
Client approvals: approval delays on drawings or specifications may extend the lead time accordingly.

SECTION 05

Shipping & Risk Transfer

Shipping terms are defined by the Incoterms specified in the order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, goods ship FOB or CIF.

Risk transfer: risk of loss or damage passes to the client at the point specified by the agreed Incoterm.
Import duties & taxes: unless explicitly included, import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the client’s responsibility.
Inspection: the client should inspect all shipments upon arrival and report damage within 7 days, with photo evidence.

SECTION 06

Warranty

GOB Sports Solutions provides a standard 3-year warranty on LED display systems, covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

Covered: LED modules, power supplies, receiving cards, and structural components under normal operating conditions.
Not covered: damage from improper installation, power surges, physical impact, water ingress due to tampering, or unauthorized modification.
Claim process: warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photos, videos, and a description of the fault.
Resolution: we will provide replacement parts or repair guidance. On-site labor is not included unless covered by a service plan.

SECTION 07

Returns & Cancellations

Our products are custom-engineered for each project. As a result, cancellation and return terms are stricter than for standard off-the-shelf goods.

Before production: the deposit is refundable, minus any transaction fees already incurred.
After production begins: the deposit is non-refundable, as materials and labor have already been committed.
After delivery: returns are not accepted unless the product is confirmed defective by our engineering team.
Defective goods: confirmed defects are resolved via replacement parts or repair, per the warranty terms above.

SECTION 08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOB Sports Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services — including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of events, or loss of business opportunities.

Cap on liability: our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question.

SECTION 09

Intellectual Property

All engineering drawings, cabinet designs, control software, and other technical materials developed by GOB Sports Solutions remain our intellectual property, unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Client access: clients receive a non-exclusive right to use our software and documentation for their own venue operations.
No resale: clients may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our software or designs without written consent.
Project references: we may reference completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

SECTION 10

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Shenzhen, China.
